Oscar Macias

Hello, I am a proud husband, father, teacher and coach.  I have played soccer all of my life and have now coached soccer for about half of my life. I have a strong passion for educating young individuals and helping them reach their goals whether that is in the classroom or on the pitch.  My wife Ali and I have three kids that all play the beautiful game.  We believe soccer is an awesome platform to teach young players strong communication, respect, perseverance and character skills on and off the pitch.

Xavier Delgado

Xavier Delgado has been coaching soccer for 15 years and currently with ESA for the past 4 seasons. Xavier is Currently coaching in the U10 Division in the Heartland League and is working on building strong talented young men with foot skills, how to be a team player , communication, and just making sure the kids have a fun time learning the game they love! 

Carlos Antonio

Carlos Antonio has been playing soccer since  he was 9 years old. Carlos played all four years of high scool at the varsity level and played two years of Junior College as a striker and left wing.

Carlos has been coaching since 2020 at Emporia REC youth soccer. In 2025, he began coaching for ESA Youth teams.
