Emporia Soccer Academy develops teams in various age groups focusing on age appropriate development programs.  We focus on the technical, physiological and tactical development of each individual as they grow in the game.  Below is a description of each focus we have for players. 

1. Technical: Players will focus on developing the fundamental skills needed to build a foundation for them to continuously  grow.
2. Psychological: Players will learn to develop their mental growth on and off the field. They will build up on their communicative, leadership and cooperative skills that can translate to school, employment and overall social growth. 
3. Tactical: Players will develop their overall knowledge of the game. They will grow in their attacking and defensive training principles while working as a team.
